Coaches, aspiring coaches and athletes interested in the sport of ultrarunning, who are looking to further their knowledge around the sport.
Is there a virtual offering for this conference?
No, the conference is only available through live attendance.
How many seats are available for this conference?
There are 125 seats available for this conference. Once they are sold out we will have a waitlist for those who weren’t able to get a seat and will offer any seats that come available on a first come, first served based (via the waitlist).
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel 30 days (August 30, 2023 – last day to cancel) before the start of the conference and receive a full refund of your registration fee. However, after this date, no cancellations will be permitted.
Do you have to be a UESCA Certified Coach in order to attend?
No, this conference is open to all coaches and athletes in the sport of ultrarunning, as well as anyone else interested in the sport.
I am a UESCA Certified Coach, will this conference count as a fulfillment of my UESCA recertification?
Yes, all UESCA Certified Coaches are permitted to use conference attendance as their full requirement for recertification.
As a current UESCA coach, do I get a discount on the conference registration fee?
Due the costs involved in putting on the conference, no discounts are offered.
Can I present at the conference?
At the current time, all of the presenters have been solidified.
Is it advised to rent a car?
As The Antlers hotel is in downtown Colorado Springs with plenty of walkable access to other hotels, and restaurants, a rental car is not necessary. However, should you want to explore outside of the downtown area, a rental car is advised. But you will need to get from the airport to the hotel so here are some options provided by the Denver International Airport: https://www.flydenver.com/parking_transit
What airports are nearby?
From most locations, Denver International Airport will be the least expensive option. Denver International Airport is located 71 miles north of Colorado Springs (approximately 1:11 driving time).
